Dear Sir/Madam

I’m experienced ornamental and fresh water food fish breeder in Sri Lanka. Most of my ornamental fish production is been exported to Australia by Sri Lankan exporting companies.
So now I’m ready to invest in a foreign country and looking for a proper area to start a fish farm (both ornamental and fresh water food fish) .
If it is possible to do it in your area please let me know.

Best Regards
Shehan Fernando.

hey,
I think that clinical research is now being taken up in India seriously. Especially when we r beginning to overtake China in this field. I must say that still there are not many institutions offering a course on such a sensitive topic. ICRI is one of the premier institutes of the country and aims at promoting clinical research in the country. With foreign recognition and good faculty, its future prospects seem to b very bright. A number of clinical research projects have been taken up by ICRI and hav produced medicines of great value. It should b seriously considered by all aspirants of research very seriously. To apply for the the college just click on the url..http://tinyurl.com/6ellwe

I am happy to see this dialogue happening. From my experience of working in the OI space with NineSigma (www.ninesigma.com), I know that companies seeking new innovation are increasingly using parallel paths and multiple approaches to find exactly what they're looking for. For your search, and others in similar situations, it is important to understand that not all technology exchanges are created equal. Our philosophy at NineSigma is to create business partnerships, while others are trying to solve one-off business challenges or perhaps are pure IP exchanges. As you are evaluating the exchanges, look for the answers to these questions:

How are solution providers recruited to the exchange?
Can solution providers provide non-confidential information only? Do they need to relinquish IP in order to join the exchange?
Do they have to pay to see challenges?

The answers will certainly help your decision on what exchange(s) to engage with.

The growth in the number of exchanges is definitely a good indicator that Open Innovation is here to stay. For solution providers, the technology exchanges provide good information on technologies and applications being sought to solve business challenges, which can help shape the direction of their research program.

Comment on Getting wired in Wellington by Paul Spence

Your correspondent is quite correct, we Wellingtonians do a lot of business in cafes around town because it fits with our laid-back, creative culture. And Emily, whom was mentioned above, was at the vanguard of digital creativity in Wellington even before Weta Workshop and Peter Jackson set about working their magic on global movie audiences.

More recently, companies like Massive Software and Sidhe Interactive have developed themselves a huge fanbase with CGI graphics and online gaming products. This builds on Wellington's reputation as a centre of digital excellence. In fact we even signed a Digital Cities collaboration agreement with San Francisco in February and expect to continue to build on this reputation in the foreseeable future.

But sadly I have to disagree with the assertion that "virtually everyone in Wellington has broadband". It is true that virtually everyone in the CBD has broadband, because years ago the city council famously spun off a company that installed a fibre network on the city's electric trolley bus wires.

But in the suburbs and throughout much of NZ we are having a similar debate as in Australia. What is the economic value of ubiquitous broadband and who is going to pay to deliver it? Many parts of NZ remain poorly served by a monopolist incumbent and some people believe this is an impediment to economic growth.

That may or may not be true. One thing we do know however is that we need much better bandwidth connecting us with the rest of the world. So this weeks announcement by state owned Kordia of a new trans-Tasman fibre optic cable has been a welcome one indeed.
